Posted by The September 2026 meeting of the WNY Region SCCA was called to order by Dave at 7:37 pm on September 1, 2026. The meeting was held virtually via Zoom.
Minutes: A motion to accept the minutes from the August meeting was submitted by Jim and seconded by Dave. The motion was passed by acclamation.
Treasurer: The treasurer submitted his monthly report in absentia.
Membership: 179 members.
Club Racing: Keith and Rusty raced in the Majors at Barber, with Keith earning 4th and 3rd place finishes.
Ice Racing: In 195 days. Or, “It’s gonna be here before we know it.”
Solo: We have reached out to the Bills again regarding site availability. It is still unlikely we will have an event this year, but next year looks promising.
New Business: Nothing submitted.
Old Business: Nothing submitted.
Announcements: We are seeking volunteers to join our leadership team. Please reach out to one of the board members if interested.
Adjournment: A motion to adjourn the meeting was submitted at 7:43 pm by Carrie and seconded by Derek. The motion was passed by acclamation.
